Project Manager

Accountable for planning, execution, management, implementation, and reporting of medium to large projects or small to medium programs with varying scope and complexity.

Drive development and alignment of project roadmaps to strategic direction while managing stakeholder relationships across multiple teams and business units.

Forecast and manage resources and finances, remove barriers for project teams, and ensure delivery of desired outcomes and compliance with SDLC/audit requirements.

Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years combined experience including project management with financial management and delivery of complex technical projects.

3+ years experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with demonstrated Kanban facilitation experience.

Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity PPM.

Experience within Financial Services (insurance, retail annuities) focused on technology, cybersecurity, or information risk initiatives.

Proven track record of leading large-scale technology programs and developing strategic roadmaps in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Experienced in Agile facilitation and able to work autonomously with the ability to negotiate priorities and influence across teams.

Comfortable managing cross-functional teams including third-party vendors in fast-paced, ambiguity-prone settings with strong communication skills.
