Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale capital markets and banking technology transformation programs involving multiple workstreams and Agile teams.
Manage program governance, stakeholder engagement, risk, financials, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for complex initiatives including cloud transformation and data modernization.
Drive Agile delivery oversight and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and senior leadership expectations.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 15 years of IT experience with at least 8 years in Project/Program Management.
Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs within capital markets or banking technology.
Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional project management methodologies.
Location requirement: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (ETV - SEZ1).
