About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale capital markets and banking technology transformation programs involving multiple workstreams and Agile teams.
- Manage program governance, stakeholder engagement, risk, financials, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for complex initiatives including cloud transformation and data modernization.
- Drive Agile delivery oversight and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and senior leadership expectations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of IT experience with at least 8 years in Project/Program Management.
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs within capital markets or banking technology.
- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional project management methodologies.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (ETV - SEZ1).

- Demonstrates strong program governance capabilities and ability to engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
