Senior Manager - Securities Services Operations

Manage daily fund services operations including calculation and posting of NAV, fees, and expenses ensuring accuracy and compliance with Service Level Memorandum and Fund Offering Memorandum.

Oversee and ensure timely delivery of client reports, cash and trade reconciliations, portfolio valuations, and compliance monitoring with attention to risk controls and regulatory adherence.

Lead and manage a team (10-15 members), drive process efficiencies, handle escalations, and implement risk mitigation measures within securities services operations.

7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in fund administration services (including mutual/hedge funds and offshore private funds).

Experience managing a team size of 10-15 people including conducting appraisals and merit discussions.

Proven knowledge of fund valuation, trade capture, corporate actions, cash monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
