Own Channel Partner sourcing for the assigned Mumbai market including SoBo, Western Mumbai to Mira Road and Bhayander.
Develop and maintain an active CP network specifically for luxury real estate projects valued over 3 crores.
Drive business growth through CP engagement by generating leads, facilitating site visits and closing deals to meet sourcing and business targets.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in Channel Sales or Channel Partner sourcing in Real Estate domain.
Must have an active Channel Partner network in South Mumbai or Western Mumbai up to Mira Road or Bhayander.
Experience in handling luxury real estate projects priced above 3 crores.
Location requirement: Based in or able to operate in Goregaon, Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in luxury segment real estate channel sales with proven success in CP onboarding and management.
Strong operational focus on achieving business targets through proactive partner engagement and lead generation.
Deep understanding of Mumbai real estate market dynamics, especially in SoBo and Western suburbs.
