Own end-to-end solution architecture for large, complex IT pursuits focusing on ERP, Infrastructure & Cloud, AI & GenAI, or Applications & Full Stack domains.
Translate client RFPs into robust, scalable, cost-effective, and delivery-assured architectures integrating multiple technology stacks and services.
Ensure solution feasibility, compliance, and commercial competitiveness while collaborating with sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems to contribute reusable solution assets.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years in IT services with strong experience in both delivery and presales solutioning in at least one of the following: ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), Infrastructure & Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI & GenAI, or Applications & Full Stack development.
Proven track record of architecting and delivering large multi-tower deals typically valued at ₹20 Crore+ or $30–50M+ TCV depending on domain.
Deep technical expertise relevant to the domain including ERP platforms, cloud and infrastructure services, AI/ML platforms, or modern application stacks.
Client-facing experience with the ability to engage CxOs and confidently present and defend solution proposals in high-stakes orals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Solution Architect able to balance strategic innovation (e.g., AI, automation, cloud multi-tenancy) with practical delivery realities in large, multi-service enterprise deals.
Capable individual contributor comfortable mobilizing virtual teams of SMEs and partner architects across multiple simultaneous pursuits in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Domain specialization aligned to role sought: ERP transformation programs, cloud/data center migration and managed infra services, AI/GenAI implementation, or full-stack application modernization with AI-enabled development.
