About This Role
- Manage India Cluster supplier base of Raw Material categories, ensuring on-time material delivery and compliance with KPIs.
- Drive value creation through supplier negotiations, category strategy collaboration, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead supplier performance management, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination for supply continuity.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree (MBA) required.
- 3-5 years of commercial or purchasing experience, preferably in FMCG or Food and Beverage sector.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in relevant commercial/purchasing roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing supplier relationships and coordination among sourcing, supply planning, quality, R&D, and manufacturing functions.
- Demonstrated ability to implement category strategies and lead cost-saving and resilience initiatives in raw material procurement.
- Skilled at commercial leadership in dispute resolution, supplier performance management, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability in a manufacturing environment.
