Program Manager - Software Development Center

Lead the establishment, setup, and operational management of a new Software Development Engineering center in Pune, India.

Oversee delivery of system enhancements and advance engineering and integration capabilities for the SkyLine-X Air Traffic Management platform.

Manage team recruitment, leadership, process implementation, project execution, and ensure alignment with customer requirements and regulatory compliance.

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience or Master's degree with at least 10 years experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a Program Manager in establishing and managing large-scale software development centers or similar operations.

Strong knowledge of software development processes including development, integrations, enhancements, DevOps, cybersecurity, and maintenance.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 10 years with preference for candidates having leadership experience in software development centers.

Experienced leader capable of building and managing high-performing technical teams and operational centers from inception.

Skilled in project management with ability to handle multiple priorities and drive timely delivery of complex software projects.

Familiarity with aviation or high-tech industry environments and experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
