Lead and manage the Project Finance- Financial Planning & Analysis (PFA) team ensuring 100% accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports.
Own end-to-end financial health analysis of study projects, including monitoring financial KPIs and coordinating with Project Managers and Vice Presidents to support decision-making.
Prepare and maintain monthly revenue forecasts, budget reconciliations, and business unit financial reporting with insightful analysis for internal and sponsor-level external reports.
Minimum Requirements
Professional Accountancy Qualification (CA, CMA, CPA, or CWA) is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent required.
Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years managing teams and conducting annual appraisals.
Proficiency in MS Excel and experience in Project Revenue Business; knowledge of Oracle Financial systems, Hyperion, Alteryx, Power BI is advantageous.
