Data Scientist (Patient Finding)

Support analytics and predictive modeling projects focused on patient finding across the patient journey in rare diseases.

Assist data preparation, feature engineering, model development, and performance tracking under senior data scientist guidance.

Maintain and operationalize code, dashboards, and data pipelines in Python/SQL; generate actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative field.

3-5 years of experience in analytics, modeling, or data science delivery.

Proficient in Python and SQL with experience in modern data platforms.

Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in analytics or data science domain.

Experience or strong interest in healthcare data analytics, particularly patient journey and rare disease contexts.

Ability to work on predictive modeling and machine learning projects with exposure to experimentation and causal inference methods.

Demonstrated capability to collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams and to handle ambiguous requirements.
