Lead and develop data analytics solutions in the Transaction Tax space, including leveraging machine learning for document text extraction and designing analytic workflows.
Coordinate project workflows amongst India and U.S. teams, managing project communications, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of client data processing and analysis.
Develop and manage Alteryx workflows, VBA programming, and SQL database solutions to reduce manual intervention and fulfill business needs.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience developing solutions using SQL databases, Python, and/or VBA.
2+ years of experience with Alteryx (strongly preferred).
Any Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
Candidates must be willing to work in any shift; current work hours 2 PM to 11 PM IST with potential shift changes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in data analytics and process automation specifically in tax or accounting-related domains involving ERP systems.
Skilled in technical programming (SQL, Python, VBA) and self-service analytics tools like Alteryx with practical exposure to reinforcement learning.
Capable of managing cross-functional project coordination and communicating status effectively across global teams in India and the U.S.
