About This Role
- Lead automation testing strategy and execution for web services and API applications, focusing 75% on automation and 25% manual testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Appium, and integrate these with CI/CD pipelines.
- Own end-to-end quality for sprint deliveries, releases, patches, and hotfixes in an Agile environment, ensuring compliance with banking security and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation experience, including 2-4 years in a lead role.
- Strong proficiency in API automation (Playwright API, Rest Assured, Postman), test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Appium), and programming in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Work Experience Required: 8-10 years in QA and Test Automation, 2-4 years leadership experience.

- Experienced leader with deep expertise in automation strategy and application of AI-powered testing tools across SDLC.
- Experienced with BFSI domain, knowledgeable about banking APIs, secure transaction workflows, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum environments, capable of mentoring teams and driving quality improvements in complex fintech products.
