About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of high-quality features in a core platform MDM product area, collaborating with PMs to define product roadmaps and KPIs.
- Drive technical design, development, and architectural decisions, influencing both your work area and the broader product architecture.
- Provide technical leadership including mentoring engineers, championing engineering best practices, and coordinating across QA, DevOps, and documentation teams to ensure robust delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering degree in computer science or related field.
- 8+ years experience designing and developing enterprise-level software products.
- 4+ years experience building large-scale distributed data systems using Java and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience leading engineering projects and mentoring teams.

- Experienced in driving feature development from conception through delivery with customer and partner engagement to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
