About This Role
- Lead and deliver moderately complex technical initiatives within Core Banking Platform, focusing on Customer Account Ledger and Transaction Processing.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and document software projects, including upgrades and deployments in banking domain.
- Provide technical leadership, resolve complex challenges, guide less experienced staff, and collaborate across teams to meet client needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent (work experience, training, military, education).
- Proficiency in Java and Java Spring Boot frameworks.
- Experience working in banking domain.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in low latency systems, multicast messaging, multi-threading, and distributed caching.
- Skilled in scalable streaming solutions and real-time data processing (Kafka, Flink) and microservices architecture.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Kubernetes/OpenShift), database technologies (Relational and Document DBs), and agile methodologies.
