Lead end-to-end development and deployment of Tableau dashboards including design, performance tuning, and user support.
Support and mentor junior analysts and serve as subject matter expert for senior stakeholders in BI and data visualization.
Manage project planning, estimation, risk assessment, and compliance with company policies during application system development.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of relevant experience in applications development, data visualization, and BI tools.
Strong expertise in Tableau and SQL; experience with data modeling and connecting to multiple data sources.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience in banking and finance domain, preferably FP&A and Treasury, is highly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to independently manage full BI development lifecycle in a complex, regulated financial environment.
Experience collaborating with offshore teams and mentoring junior staff, operating with limited supervision.
Strong technical skills with Tableau, SQL, and familiarity with DevOps tools (GitHub/Git, CI/CD), plus knowledge of Big Data technologies and APIs.
