About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of technology solutions within the team, ensuring alignment with architecture and governance standards.
- Provide technical leadership and remove obstacles throughout the project lifecycle, improving designs, API contracts, architectures, and code quality.
- Serve as a hands-on expert in AWS Cloud Native microservices architecture, collaborating closely with architects and CTO organization.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in designing and developing front-end applications, microservices, and REST APIs.
- Strong expertise in Java, Node.js, SpringBoot, and AWS Cloud services including ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, and Cloudwatch.
- Experience with DynamoDB and Aurora databases, agile methodologies, API testing tools, and monitoring tools like Splunk.
- Client-facing communication skills with strong presentation capability.

- Proven leadership experience directing multi-disciplinary teams and interfacing with executive-level stakeholders such as CTO organizations.
- Experienced in driving clarity in complex technical environments and delivering structured solutions under ambiguity.
