4611 -Manager - Data Ops Engineer

Manage end-to-end delivery of data integration, analytics support, and operational excellence for multiple healthcare clients with focus on value-based care.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure SLA adherence, high data quality, automation, and cloud cost optimization while managing a customer portfolio worth $9–10M CARR.

Drive troubleshooting, project planning, resource allocation, customer engagement, and team leadership to improve customer satisfaction and operational metrics.

10+ years in data integration, analytics, or related fields with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.

Experience with Advanced SQL, ETL & Python support, analytics tools (Power BI or Tableau), and ITIL processes.

Strong expertise in US healthcare data, value-based care models, regulatory requirements, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including cost optimization.

Experienced in managing multi-million-dollar healthcare data portfolios and delivering complex data solutions under SLAs.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams handling cloud optimization, automation, and troubleshooting of complex data flows in healthcare.

Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in customer engagement and strategic leadership within value-based care environments.
