About This Role
- Lead end-to-end performance testing using JMeter including building and maintaining complex test plans.
- Analyze performance issues through heap dump, thread dump, GC logs, and application logs to execute root cause analysis.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test frameworks and reporting including scripting in Java and Groovy and performance monitoring with tools like Dynatrace.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with JMeter performance testing.
- Strong expertise in performance engineering including heap dump, thread dump, GC logs analysis.
- Mandatory skills in Java and Groovy scripting for custom JMeter sampler development and automation frameworks.
- Experience with observability tools (Dynatrace preferred).

- Experienced in advanced performance testing with proven ability to build from scratch and optimize test plans using JMeter.
- Skilled in analyzing complex performance data using dumps, logs, and monitoring tools to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Capable of automating test life cycle processes and communicating effectively with development teams and stakeholders to meet SLAs and delivery schedules.
