Accountable for designing and delivering software products primarily in Java for banking and finance sectors, applying solution design and product architecture expertise.
Contribute to product architecture roadmap, support end-to-end delivery of product releases, and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
Mentor team members, enforce quality and governance standards, and drive continuous improvement in technology and processes including automation efforts.
Minimum Requirements
6-8+ years of IT experience with solution designing and development.
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
Hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring framework, REST services, microservices architecture, and databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
Experience with agile software development and familiarity with tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud computing platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrates strong expertise in Java-based software engineering within global or enterprise-grade environments, preferably banking/finance domain experience is a plus.
Has experience contributing to architectural decisions and product roadmaps, with capability to lead and mentor teams.
Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, automation, and cloud services to support scalable and efficient delivery processes.
