Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Maintain MIS and operational records related to Supply Chain Management (SCM) for Halma trading operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with workflow and statutory requirements.
Own monthly reconciliation of inventory physical counts with system records and support quarterly inventory audits in the warehouse.
Prepare and manage detailed reports and trackers including daily dispatch, purchase/sales orders, freight analysis, inventory aging, warehouse costs, TAT, and payment submissions to finance with vendor coordination.
Minimum Requirements
2-3 years of relevant experience in MIS and Data Analytics in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MBA/BBA or equivalent with good academic record.
Proficient in MS Office tools, especially advanced MS Excel and dashboard reporting.
Work Experience Required: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
