About This Role
- Maintain MIS and operational records related to Supply Chain Management (SCM) for Halma trading operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with workflow and statutory requirements.
- Own monthly reconciliation of inventory physical counts with system records and support quarterly inventory audits in the warehouse.
- Prepare and manage detailed reports and trackers including daily dispatch, purchase/sales orders, freight analysis, inventory aging, warehouse costs, TAT, and payment submissions to finance with vendor coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in MIS and Data Analytics in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MBA/BBA or equivalent with good academic record.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially advanced MS Excel and dashboard reporting.
- Work Experience Required: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
