About This Role
- Design, develop, enhance, and support complex SAP S/4HANA ABAP components and SAP UI5/Fiori applications including custom extensions and role configurations.
- Develop RESTful and SOAP-based APIs (including OData services) to integrate SAP components and enable cloud deployments.
- Contribute to engineering practices through automation, continuous integration/delivery, AI-assisted development tools usage, and agile delivery collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied experience and formal training or certification in software engineering.
- Hands-on SAP ABAP development experience including object-oriented ABAP, Core Data Services, performance tuning, and RICEF.
- Experience with SAP HANA data modeling and related development tools (HANA Studio, ABAP Development Tools).
- Experience building and consuming OData services and RESTful APIs; hands-on use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to validate AI outputs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced SAP ABAP developer with strong skills in SAP S/4HANA and SAP UI5/Fiori development including custom extensions and cloud deployment integration.
- Capable of applying AI-assisted coding tools effectively while ensuring secure, performant, and high-quality code delivery within agile environments.
- Familiar with advanced SAP development lifecycle practices including Solution Manager components, DevOps, and automated testing frameworks.
