Lead QA strategy and execution for Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions including low-code apps, automated workflows, APIs, and conversational AI.
Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing, ensuring traceability from requirements to defects and releases.
Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and stakeholders to clarify criteria, track defects, and contribute to automation frameworks and QA best practices.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of QA/testing experience with at least 1-2 years testing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Hands-on experience with Power Automate workflows, Dataverse, Azure Databricks, and API testing using Postman; performance testing with JMeter or LoadRunner.
Familiarity with chatbot testing methodologies including NLU, multi-turn flows, fallback handling, and validation of AI/ML outputs.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years QA/testing, including Power Platform testing experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in testing complex AI-enabled and data-intensive platforms with strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering and business teams.
Skilled in automation scripting for API, regression, and chatbot testing to build reusable validation frameworks.
