About This Role
- Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML-powered security applications within the Product Security Office.
- Develop organization-wide software system architectures and methodologies across multiple platforms and organizations within the Global Business Unit.
- Provide technical leadership by reviewing designs, mentoring developers, influencing executive decisions, and ensuring compliance with security and development standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Typically 15+ years of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on development expertise in MERN stack and Python with experience in CI/CD pipelines (GitOps, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Working knowledge of AI/ML, cloud, MLOps, large language models, AI security, and responsible AI governance frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading technical projects and driving delivery within a global business unit environment.
- Proven track record in designing secure software systems with strong domain expertise in AI security and software architecture.
- Capable of mentoring development teams, influencing executive leadership, and integrating software systems across multiple platforms.
