Minimum Requirements

- Proficiency in Golang, Java, or Python backend programming languages.
- Strong backend architecture fundamentals: API design, concurrency, performance, reliability, failure isolation.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years in relevant backend and platform engineering roles.

- Background in building internal platforms or foundational systems used across multiple teams or organizations.
