Develop and implement verification and validation strategies aligning with SDLC requirements and project timelines.
Create and maintain automated and manual test cases, frameworks, and conduct various testing including non-functional testing (accuracy, reliability, performance).
Participate in agile ceremonies contributing to test planning, estimation, and QA process improvements with cross-project support during product research phases.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech).
7-11 years of experience in Software Testing covering both Automation and Manual testing.
Hands-on experience in test automation with Python and Java; familiarity with frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber, or Pytest.
Work Flexibility: Onsite; Travel requirement up to 20%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in establishing and evolving automation test frameworks with Python and Java in Agile environments.
Experienced in comprehensive test methodologies including SDLC processes, bug lifecycle management, and risk assessment.
Knowledgeable about regulatory and compliance standards within SDLC, and experienced with Linux, Qt/QML, and related testing tools.
