About This Role
- Develop and implement verification and validation strategies aligning with SDLC requirements and project timelines.
- Create and maintain automated and manual test cases, frameworks, and conduct various testing including non-functional testing (accuracy, reliability, performance).
- Participate in agile ceremonies contributing to test planning, estimation, and QA process improvements with cross-project support during product research phases.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech).
- 7-11 years of experience in Software Testing covering both Automation and Manual testing.
- Hands-on experience in test automation with Python and Java; familiarity with frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber, or Pytest.
- Work Flexibility: Onsite; Travel requirement up to 20%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in establishing and evolving automation test frameworks with Python and Java in Agile environments.
- Experienced in comprehensive test methodologies including SDLC processes, bug lifecycle management, and risk assessment.
- Knowledgeable about regulatory and compliance standards within SDLC, and experienced with Linux, Qt/QML, and related testing tools.
