About This Role
- Develop and maintain backend and UI layers of high-scale applications focusing on operational excellence, security, and scalability.
- Participate in software development lifecycle activities including estimation, coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and debugging medium complexity problems.
- Collaborate across teams integrating internal systems and contribute to technology roadmap and architecture discussions in an agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience in software design and object-oriented programming with core Java focus.
- 5+ years experience with cloud platform technologies (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle and implementing unit/integration testing and performance tuning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Java backend developer skilled in modern software practices including microservices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Able to work independently on priority shifts and lead sprint deliverables within agile teams.
- Familiarity with frontend integration technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and source code management (Git, SVN).
