About This Role
- Lead design and development of complex ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark, Python, and SQL.
- Architect and manage scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient cloud-based data warehouse solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, drive adoption of in-house tools, and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver actionable data insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ to 11 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on cloud-native data solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL, and experience with cloud data services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Must be located in Bangalore, India (Circana India Office).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading data engineering teams and managing large-scale cloud data platforms with performance tuning and governance expertise.
- Strong background in building and enhancing internal/in-house data processing tools and automation.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with data scientists, analysts, and business teams in an Agile and DevOps environment.
