About This Role
- Own end-to-end quality assurance for Quotesurance, covering web and API testing layers.
- Design and execute manual test plans and build/maintain automated test suites including UI, API, and regression tests.
- Define and implement QA processes, standards, workflows, and participate in sprint planning and CI/CD test pipeline setup.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience including manual and automation testing.
- Mandatory working knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience building test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress) and solid API testing skills (Postman, REST Assured).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in QA roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently owning QA end-to-end in a startup-like, ambiguous environment.
- Proficient with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira preferred) and comfortable writing SQL queries for data integrity testing.
- Has background or exposure to test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, with familiarity in BDD frameworks and cloud basics (AWS or similar).
