Ensure delivery quality through best practices including integration/unit testing, production monitoring, and architecture/code reviews.
Mentor engineers and lead technical decisions to scale backend systems and support new complex features in a SaaS product environment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of experience building backend systems and APIs.
Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented languages.
Strong knowledge of AWS, microservices, distributed systems, enterprise messaging, and traditional databases.

Experienced in designing platform-level APIs emphasizing platform thinking over feature delivery.
