Lead and manage a technical validation team responsible for FPGA silicon bring-up, validation, debug, and sign-off of features and interfaces.
Develop and execute validation strategies, plans, and test designs including RTL and embedded C applications for complex silicon functions.
Perform root cause analysis and ensure issue resolution and formal sign-off by collaborating with global cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
13+ years of relevant industry experience in silicon validation or FPGA domain.
Strong hands-on experience with FPGA silicon validation, board bring-up, lab debug, and issue triage.
Experience with SERDES architecture, high-speed protocols (e.g. JESD204B/C, PCIe Gen4/Gen5, USB 3.2), C programming for embedded test applications, and lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, logic analyzers).
