Own end-to-end product quality including test strategy, automation, and lifecycle management of field-reported issues.
Act as engineering first responder for complex, high-priority field issues: investigate, reproduce, and distill issues into actionable engineering work items.
Manage metrics for product health and field feedback pipeline, driving systemic quality improvements and closing the feedback loop between customer experience and engineering.
Minimum Requirements
Mandatory expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Quality Systems.
Strong hands-on software engineering skills with proficiency in debugging distributed systems and microservices.
Experience in software quality engineering including test design, automation, and defect lifecycle management.
Location: Must be based in Bangalore, India; Work model: Hybrid.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise device management platforms (Apple, Android, Windows, or similar).
Comfortable performing deep technical debugging and root cause analysis of complex production issues with strong analytical skills.
Capable of integrating field intelligence into test coverage, observability enhancements, and product design improvements, working closely with engineering and TPMs.
