Design, build, and evolve the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and cloud-native platform engineering ecosystem to improve developer productivity and enable self-service capabilities.
Develop and maintain reusable platform services, templates, automation, and CI/CD workflows focused on scalability, reliability, security, and ease of consumption within Microsoft Azure and AKS.
Partner with application engineering teams to onboard services, establish platform best practices, and enhance platform observability, security controls, and operational reliability through automation and governance.
Minimum Requirements
6-9 years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure and production-grade Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), including cluster operations and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes (workloads, Helm, RBAC), scripting or software engineering skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Go).
Ideal Candidate Profile
