About This Role
- Own the end-to-end user experience lifecycle for a complex enterprise B2B/SaaS platform, including discovery, domain modeling, user flows, wireframing, and high-fidelity interaction design.
- Design intuitive workflows for data-dense, multi-role environments ensuring clarity and performance.
- Lead the integration of WCAG accessibility standards and scale enterprise design systems and components across applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience designing complex digital products, especially enterprise-grade or B2B SaaS platforms.
- Deep expertise in information architecture, interaction mechanics, and multi-platform design systems.
- Fluency in WCAG accessibility guidelines and inclusive design.
- Portfolio including at least two comprehensive end-to-end UX case studies demonstrating problem framing, system mapping, and solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading UX strategy and execution in complex, data-heavy enterprise environments.
- Skilled in system-level UX thinking rather than just UI polish, with ability to map edge cases and complex interactions.
- Strong communicator capable of articulating design rationale to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
