About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain LLM-powered and agentic AI applications using APIs and multi-agent frameworks.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines and embedding systems for efficient context-aware AI outputs.
- Establish testing, validation, and performance monitoring mechanisms focusing on model quality, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of total IT experience, including 2–3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI development with hands-on LLM application deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, LangGraph, and relevant vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus).
- Experience with testing and evaluation frameworks such as TruLens, LangSmith, PromptLayer, or DeepEval.
- Working knowledge of at least one cloud AI platform among Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end Generative AI and agentic AI application development with production or pilot deployments.
- Skilled in prompt engineering techniques and multi-agent orchestration frameworks to build complex AI workflows.
- Practices disciplined testing, monitoring, and optimization aligned with Responsible AI and MLOps/LLMOps principles.
