Lead creation and delivery of product roadmap and backlog for Markets Regulatory Implementation, ensuring alignment with regulatory onboarding standards.
Manage stakeholder engagement across client facing divisions and technology teams, guiding solutions throughout implementation to maximize value and compliance.
Maintain and prioritize backlog of process and product enhancements, driving continuous improvement in regulatory compliance and operational processes.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years of product management experience, ideally in top tier bank.
Domain knowledge of Financial Markets Regulations including MiFID, EMIR, and Dodd Frank.
Experience with Financial Markets products such as FX, Securities, and Derivatives.
University degree in a related subject, preferably Finance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong strategic mindset with proven ability to influence and lead technology squads delivering complex change in regulated financial markets.
Deep understanding of Financial Markets business and front-to-back operational processes with established industry connections.
