About This Role
- Lead creation and delivery of product roadmap and backlog for Markets Regulatory Implementation, ensuring alignment with regulatory onboarding standards.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across client facing divisions and technology teams, guiding solutions throughout implementation to maximize value and compliance.
- Maintain and prioritize backlog of process and product enhancements, driving continuous improvement in regulatory compliance and operational processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of product management experience, ideally in top tier bank.
- Domain knowledge of Financial Markets Regulations including MiFID, EMIR, and Dodd Frank.
- Experience with Financial Markets products such as FX, Securities, and Derivatives.
- University degree in a related subject, preferably Finance.

- Strong strategic mindset with proven ability to influence and lead technology squads delivering complex change in regulated financial markets.
- Deep understanding of Financial Markets business and front-to-back operational processes with established industry connections.
- Skilled at simplifying complex regulatory and operational requirements to secure stakeholder buy-in.
