Lead end-to-end IT Finance projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Oversee system architecture, configuration, and enhancements within ERP Finance modules, including Product Costing, General Ledger, and Asset Accounting.
Act as liaison between IT and Finance teams globally to translate financial processes into functional system designs and support change management and user training.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
5+ years of project management experience.
5-8+ years of experience in Finance or with Finance applications including core finance areas like Manufacturing finance, FA, FP&A, AP, AR, Treasury.
Experience managing and integrating finance applications such as OneStream, Blackline, with strong SDLC and change management knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multinational or global ERP implementations with knowledge of finance transformation and process automation.
Strong analytical skills to extract and document complex business and technical requirements from stakeholders and IT teams.
Proven ability working in off/onshore and virtual global teams, bridging business finance and IT functions effectively.
