Manage end-to-end IT Finance projects focusing on planning, execution, and delivery aligned with business scope and stakeholder expectations.
Lead system architecture, configuration, and enhancements in ERP Finance modules including Product Costing, General Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, and Asset Accounting.
Serve as liaison between IT and Finance teams globally to translate financial processes into functional system solutions, support change management, and provide post-implementation support.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering, or related field or equivalent.
5+ years of project management experience.
5-8+ years of Finance domain experience including core finance areas like Manufacturing Finance, FA, FP&A, AP, AR, Treasury.
Experience managing, implementing, and integrating finance applications such as OneStream, Blackline, and Reporting.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with global and virtual teams, including off/onshore models, to manage complex IT Finance projects.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to extract and translate complex technical and business requirements.
Background in finance or accounting with knowledge of finance processes and ERP system implementations preferred.
