Minimum Requirements
6–9 years of experience in UX/UI or product design with demonstrable work on complex, B2B or enterprise applications.
Proven ability to work autonomously, managing projects from concept to delivery and handling ambiguity effectively.
Strong portfolio showcasing independent research, concept development, end-to-end problem solving, and measurable impact.
Experience designing for AI-powered or intelligent-automation products preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing complex enterprise or B2B products with strong interaction, information architecture, and visual design skills focused on simplifying complexity.
Comfortable working with AI-human interaction design, clearly communicating AI system behavior, confidence, and tradeoffs to maintain user control.
