About This Role
- Own end-to-end design for complex AI-powered enterprise product features, from user research through to production-ready workflows.
- Conduct independent qualitative and quantitative user research to deeply understand customer needs and validate design concepts iteratively.
- Utilize AI tools to rapidly prototype and generate design variations, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve ambiguity and maintain design consistency.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in UX/UI or product design with demonstrable work on complex, B2B or enterprise applications.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, managing projects from concept to delivery and handling ambiguity effectively.
- Strong portfolio showcasing independent research, concept development, end-to-end problem solving, and measurable impact.
- Experience designing for AI-powered or intelligent-automation products preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing complex enterprise or B2B products with strong interaction, information architecture, and visual design skills focused on simplifying complexity.
- Comfortable working with AI-human interaction design, clearly communicating AI system behavior, confidence, and tradeoffs to maintain user control.
- Skilled in using agentic AI and generative tools for accelerated design workflows, maintaining scalable design systems, and influencing product direction using data and collaboration.
