Lead research and technical direction for large language models, speech understanding, retrieval, and agentic AI systems.
Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI models and scalable training/inference pipelines on real customer-scale data.
Mentor engineers and establish technical standards while collaborating across product, platform, and engineering teams to ship AI features.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years applying ML/AI in production settings with demonstrable deployed impact.
Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, or equivalent research experience.
Deep expertise in deep learning including LLMs, transformers, and at least one area: speech/ASR, NLP, information retrieval, or multimodal modeling.
Expert proficiency in Python and major deep learning framework (PyTorch preferred); hands-on experience with distributed training and large model serving.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior individual contributor capable of bridging cutting-edge AI research with production deployment.
Proven technical leadership in setting AI research direction and mentoring engineers within cross-functional teams.
Strong background in conversational AI or speech analytics and familiarity with model safety, alignment, or agentic AI systems is a plus.
