About This Role
- Own end-to-end UX design for enterprise agentic interfaces involving conversational workflows, multi-step task orchestration, and contextual interventions.
- Develop trust-calibration patterns enabling collaboration and supervision of AI agents by developers and knowledge workers.
- Deliver production-ready designs, define design standards for agentic experiences, and create AI-assisted prototypes to iterate design solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of UX design experience with a portfolio showing complex, multi-state interaction design.
- Expertise in conversational design principles including dialogue scripting, ambiguity handling, and multi-turn coherence.
- Proficiency with UX/UI design tools and AI-native tools like vibe coding, generative AI, and LLM-assisted workflows.
- Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing enterprise agentic interfaces involving multi-agent and multi-turn interactions with strong system architecture understanding.
- Skilled in leveraging AI tools as power user to orchestrate and iterate design workflows with human judgment.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous problem spaces to create coherent, testable experience frameworks and can communicate design rationale effectively to engineering and product teams.
