Minimum Requirements
10-15 years of UX design experience with a portfolio showing complex, multi-state interaction design.
Expertise in conversational design principles including dialogue scripting, ambiguity handling, and multi-turn coherence.
Proficiency with UX/UI design tools and AI-native tools like vibe coding, generative AI, and LLM-assisted workflows.
Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing enterprise agentic interfaces involving multi-agent and multi-turn interactions with strong system architecture understanding.
Skilled in leveraging AI tools as power user to orchestrate and iterate design workflows with human judgment.
