Manage end-to-end onboarding process using Salesforce, customizing user profiles, roles, and permissions to meet business needs.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and department heads to align onboarding with organizational goals and provide training and support for new users.
Monitor user adoption, troubleshoot onboarding issues, maintain documentation, and implement best practices for Salesforce onboarding.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 6 years of experience, specifically with SAP SF ONB (SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (e.g., BTech, MBA, MCA, MTech).
Proven experience with Salesforce platform; Admin certification preferred (not mandatory).
Work Experience Required: 3 to 6 years relevant experience in SAP SF ONB.

Experienced in managing Salesforce onboarding processes with hands-on training capabilities.
