Own the quality strategy and testing for complex Salesforce enterprise and integrated AI/agentic features, ensuring correctness using specialized evaluation methods.
Develop and maintain detailed test plans, evaluation frameworks, and automation for deterministic and non-deterministic AI-driven capabilities across multiple platforms.
Mentor junior QA engineers and collaborate closely with developers and analysts to embed quality and responsible-AI standards throughout the software development lifecycle and production monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years in Software Quality/Test Engineering, including 2+ years on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required.
Experience testing AI/ML-driven, LLM-powered, or generative AI features strongly preferred.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce test automation (Apex, LWC Jest, UI automation tools) and knowledge of Salesforce data/security models, API integrations, and AI feature testing methods.
