Job Description

Develop and maintain microservice-based AI/ML solutions including scalable data pipelines and LLM inference architectures with GPU optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize AI/ML models, perform prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and A/B testing for large language models and NLP applications.
Manage DevOps infrastructure including Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes orchestration, and documentation of experiments and model performance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any Engineering stream; Computer Science/Engineering preferred.
6+ years of relevant AI Engineering experience (8 years preferred).
Advanced skills in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), LLM frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain), and microservices architecture.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions with strong expertise in LLM models and optimization techniques including quantization and knowledge distillation.
Comfortable working in microservices architectures and managing complex DevOps infrastructure for scalable AI workloads.
Skilled at collaborating across teams including data scientists and product managers to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions and able to document, test, and improve models continuously.
