Own end-to-end administration, support, and optimization of SAS Viya 4 environments on AWS and Kubernetes (Amazon EKS).
Ensure platform stability, performance, scalability, and security, including managing upgrades, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, IAM, network, database, and application teams to support modernization and migrations from SAS 9.4/Grid to SAS Viya 4.
Minimum Requirements
6-10 years of total professional experience, including at least 3-4 years of SAS Viya administration and 2-3 years of AWS hands-on experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with SAS Viya 4 administration, AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, STS, EKS, VPC), Kubernetes operations (Pods, Deployments, Services, Storage), and Terraform-based infrastructure as code.
Experience with enterprise authentication/Security technologies including Okta, SAML, OAuth, SSO, MFA, LDAP/Active Directory, and role-based access control.
Work timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST with required availability for meetings between 6 AM - 11:30 AM Eastern Time (US hours); flexibility for remaining hours.
