Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripted components, including both client- and server-side scripting.
Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and OAuth authentication.
Support Software Asset Management processes including license reconciliation, publisher data feeds, and CMDB data maintenance for SAM and ITSM use cases.
Minimum Requirements
2-3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Proficient in JavaScript for server-side (Business Rules, Script Includes) and client-side (Client Scripts, UI Policies) development on ServiceNow.
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and OAuth 2.0 authentication.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable working across client and server sides of the ServiceNow platform with understanding of its data model and security (ACLs).
Experience in implementing or supporting full lifecycle ServiceNow projects, including complex integrations and SAM-related tasks.
Capable of collaborating with functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders translating business requirements into technical solutions.
