Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution strategy, and program leadership.
Experience engaging at Executive level to influence platform direction and business outcomes.
Experience with AI integration in workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or other architecture/governance framework certifications highly desirable.
