About This Role
- Define and maintain ServiceNow platform vision, strategy, and governance aligned to enterprise IT and business objectives.
- Provide architectural guidance and establish governance frameworks to ensure platform standards, scalability, and risk mitigation.
- Engage with CxO-level stakeholders, enterprise architects, and platform teams to influence decisions and ensure consistency across programs, with up to 50% travel expected.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution strategy, and program leadership.
- Experience engaging at Executive level to influence platform direction and business outcomes.
- Experience with AI integration in workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or other architecture/governance framework certifications highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale architectures and governance models across multiple teams and partners.
- Strong program-level architectural leadership with expertise in platform strategy, integration patterns, and complex delivery governance.
- Experience recognized as a trusted advisor influencing platform strategy and embedding ServiceNow as a strategic enterprise platform.
