Facilitate and deliver virtual and hybrid training globally across multiple time zones including India, Mexico, US, and Europe, ensuring trainees are prepared for their roles.

Operate within a 24/7 environment, including working shifts aligning with US Eastern timezone, and actively support employees throughout their lifecycle by providing coaching, motivation, and follow-up.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years of relevant training or coaching experience with at least 2 years mentoring or developing others.
Must live near a Nielsen office to support hybrid work model (partial work from office in same city).
Highly proficient in English speaking and writing.
Availability to work shifts aligning with US Eastern timezone, including mornings and evenings, supporting a 24/7 operation.
