Own strategic technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise risk, compliance, and regulatory priorities; drive adoption of common technologies including React, Java microservices, Python AI services, and reusable platform capabilities.
Manage budgets, resource planning, vendor engagements, and develop high-performing engineering organizations through recruitment, mentoring, and succession planning.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience.
4+ years of management or leadership experience.
10+ years leading software engineering organizations and proven delivery of large-scale technology modernization or platform transformation programs.
Experience working with cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple products, teams, and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in managing Agile engineering teams within regulated environments, preferably in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or related domains.
Proficiency with modern software engineering practices including React, Java Spring Boot, microservices, cloud-native development, DevSecOps, and AI technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
Strong strategic focus on balancing technology investments with business outcomes, capable of leading complex portfolios and collaborating with executive stakeholders across technology and risk functions.
