Own and drive multiple product problem spaces within the Chart Data & ChartSync roadmap, from discovery through delivery and adoption, focusing on clinical data integration and usability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other teams to improve clinical data flow, quality, and user workflow integration in patient records.
Leverage AI tools in product management activities and partner to integrate AI capabilities into products that reduce manual work and enhance clinical information understanding.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of professional experience with at least 6 years in Product Management.
Experience managing complex product problems from discovery through delivery and adoption, including working with Agile/Scrum teams as a Product Owner.
Strong knowledge or demonstrated ability to quickly understand healthcare IT, clinical data, interoperability, and clinical workflows.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance product management and product development processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced managing multiple significant product workstreams simultaneously in a complex, multi-stakeholder, healthcare software environment.
Strong strategic and analytical skills to translate ambiguous, complex clinical data challenges into clear product direction and measurable outcomes.
