Monitor, triage, investigate, and resolve alerts and operational issues 24/7 for core applications and infrastructure to maintain availability and reliability.
Coordinate incident response and serve as NOC liaison to internal stakeholders ensuring effective communication and operational event management.
Identify and implement process improvements, contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code practices, and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
Minimum Requirements
3–7+ years professional experience in IT/Technology environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field (B.E., B.Tech., B.C.A. or similar).
Strong system administration and Linux administration skills; experience with database technologies like Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
Experience with fault management/monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds), incident management, and working in a production web application environment.
