Responsible for accurate and timely processing of US Target team payroll checks ensuring 100% compliance with federal and state laws.
Analyze payroll run reports, identify trends/issues proactively, and coordinate with partners to resolve before paycheck release.
Lead training, workload management, internal audit controls, and process improvement initiatives to maintain payroll accuracy and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Human Resources.
Must hold FPC/CPP or other Payroll Certification.
Minimum 5+ years of end-to-end US payroll experience with comprehensive knowledge of federal and state laws and taxation.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; commitment to confidentiality and accuracy required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
